What if I want to return something?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you made at First Ave Promo, we will happily issue a replacement, refund or credit to your account. All unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a full credit to your account. If you return something after 30 days of your purchase date, you will be issued store credit toward a future purchase. On returns we ask that you pay for postage back to us.
The best thing you can do is contact us via email and let us know you are returning the product and what you would like in its place. Please reference the order number on your original invoice so we have an easier time servicing your exchange request. Enclose your packing slip with your return. On exchanges we ask that you pay the postage back to us and we will pay the postage back to you.
Because we have already discounted the product for the retailer, First Ave Promo cannot accept returns on products purchased at events or retail outlets. You should contact the place you purchased the item to negotiate returns and/or exchanges.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email. We will do everything we can to honor your request, but please be aware that our order fulfillment process is set up to work as efficiently as possible and your order may already be on its way to you.
