Do you have minimums for custom gear?
Yes! For screen printing, you must decorate 12 items/garments with each design you have.
For embroidery, we ask that you have at least 4 items/garments. We are able to do less than minimums for an extra fee.
What is your turnaround time?
For custom apparel, we operate around a 2 week production time after final art has been approved.
For small and large format printing, production time can vary from 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the project.
Do you supply the garments or do the customer?
We provide garments! We work with a variety of suppliers that supply us with high quality products and well-known brands (The North Face, Nike, Under Armour, Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Port&Co, and more)!
Can we bring in garments to be decorated?
Yes, but it is dependent on a few factors. Garments must be clean and in "like new" condition. We cannot guarantee we can decorate them until seeing them in person to make sure they will be able to withstand our heat dryers or embroidery machine. We prefer providing the garments as we are not able to replace any customer provided garments should there be a mistake.
